policies
All deposits are non-refundable and will go towards your full balance. Your deposit is good for one reschedule within 30 days of initial book date only if you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you no show your deposit will be forfeited. No show=No new appointment.
I accept Cash & Zelle (no cash app) the day of your appointment.
No extra people unless being serviced.
Appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes late without communication.
New clients = New bundles (unless no weft has been cut). If previously cut by another stylist, there will be a $30 fee.
Please drop hair off 3-4 business days to be colored for your appointment.
